    Taylor,
If you are curious if the criminal will be using some of your personal info in this scam, bait him anonymously from a throw-away gmail address. Start it off by just asking if the vehicle is still for sale. When he asks for a name and address, grab the street address of a business in another state and feed it to him. You are wanting to see if he is using your personal info on his fake escrow forms (Western Union / Google Checkout). If he does use your personal info, you can approach local law enforcement with an identity theft case.
