Criminals know how our system works and use it to their advantage. It is imperative to report all cybercrime to http://ic3.gov so the the “federal level” can get involved.   Your role is to educate your friends and family: Don’t buy a car from someone you do not know without first driving it. This also applies to boats, ATV’s, cookstoves, and recreational vehicles.
