I got scammed out of 5000.00 for a Polaris ranger. The seller set up a fake google account to handle the transfer of money. I sent two money orders to tennessee that were picked up at two different walmarts a 100mi apart. Walmarts has a picture of him picking up the money, but getting law enforcement to follow up is not working. The domain for his web site is from austrailia and he has a po box in calf. I have much more info if anyone is interested.

Millman, I am sorry this criminal has taken your money. I am not familiar with the mechanics of this particular scammer’s payment scheme. I suggest that you gather all the evidence you have and report it to the entities noted at . Local law enforcement does not typically have the resources to research this type case. They are not simply blowing you off, they’re just not equipped to solve this type of crime.

What I can do is assist with researching the criminal’s domains that were used in the fraud. Feel free to forward the scammer’s emails with headers [particularly the fake ebay or escrow company] to me at q2fred [at] gmail. com . I cannot get your money back, but I can divert the criminal’s attention for few days.
