Hi again,
The tractor is already at a shipping company. I took the tractor to them to be able to ship it to a potential buyer whilst I’m out of town. My brother in law works there, and he promised me that it will cost me nothing to ship it in the US. I also have the tractor listed on eBay and that lets me use their secured system. I’m very busy with my job and I’m sorry I can’t meet you in person. According to eBay you have 5 days from the time you receive the tractor to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.

So if you really want it click on Buy it Now on the below shortcut link and after you complete the payment to eBay agent let me to know your full name and full shipping address to send my tractor. After you get the tractor you have 5 days to test and if you decide to keep it eBay will release money to me if NOT they will refund your payment and the shipping company will take the tractor back on my expense and keep it until I find a new buyer.

Thanks

This scammer also posted this ad in the SW Florida area, and I got the same email from him that you did.

Looking for a pontoon boat in S jersey i came across a deal too good and did e-mail seller. This is his response. Seems to be using pics from hedenseice which is what I
googled . I will notify craigslist.

    Hello my name is Noen,

The 2006 Pontoon Boat is still for sale. The pontoon has 4 stroke 2006 Yamaha 90 hp engine, 190 hours, Length: 23.0 feet. The boat comes with a complete bimini top and a snap on cover. I know it’s really cheap but we need cash money to pay the mortgage on my house and during this financial crisis you can’t sell anything for its real value.
I will put the pontoon on eBay at $4,800 Buy It Now with trailer included! That way you will receive assistance for the purchase, paperwork, title transfer, because I’m member from 2002 and I have 100% positive feedback.
Reply me you are still interested!
    Thank you.

Joan, as you have seen, the scammers are not partial to the type of vehicle. My current line of investigations is tractors, but, yes, they do boats, also! Thanks for posting! Load the pic gallery and click report abuse to help close the pic gallery. You only get 200 characters to describe the issue, but it is worth a try. — Chief

Nick, thanks for posting. Obviously, the link does not redirect you to an Ebay site, but to the scammer’s copy of an Ebay site.

Following through with the scammer’s fake ebay site, one would be asked to send money via Western Union to Roger Paterson in Gainesville, FL and fax the receipt to (651) 331-3943.

You have displayed good intuition. Be sure to educate your friends and family regarding the techniques of these scammers; let’s put them out of business. — Chief

I came across this loser too. Sent me the same message.

    Hi again,
The Jet Skis are already at a shipping company. I took the jet skis to them to be able to ship it to a potential buyer whilst I’m out of town, working on a drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico. My brother in law works at this small shipping company, and he promised me that it will cost me or you nothing to ship it in the ground us. Like I told you in first e-mail the jet skis are listed on eBay and that lets me use their secured system. I’m very busy with my job and I’m sorry I can’t meet you in person. According to eBay you have 5 days from the time you receive the jet skis to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.
So if you really want it I will give you directions/link to the auction on eBay motors because this is the only way that I’m going to sell this jet skis.
Mail me ASAP if you are still very interested in my jet skis because now I have more buyers still interested.
    Regards.

He emailed me from mathew4@gmx.com and used the name Michael Mathew
