If you have been swindled after using Moneygram or Western Union to transfer money to the scammer, the likelihood of getting your money back is near zero. Once the money has been picked up, there is no traceability whatsoever. Your funds were probably picked up by a mule or “arrow” — using a fake ID — who then deducted his percentage and wired it to Romania. The only information that is (some what) correct is the people’s name that scammed me.
I submitted an offer (on Craigslist) for a Cadillac CTS and this is reply (for a Lexus). These scammers are posting so many fake cars they can’t remember who is buying what. I also offered for a Honda Pilot, it was a scam too.

No emails were stolen. The scammers emulate Ebay with free email addresses from gmail, yahoo, etc. Alternately, they buy an ebay-sounding domain and send emails from “service@ebayforsure.com” or some such.

I went to a work from home website called digital wave profit formula, to my suprise i was one of those people that fell for a online home business scam. I went to the Digital wave profit formula site and did all the registering and paid the amount which at the time they were advertising at $97.00 come to find out in the FINE PRINT that it was actually $297.00 and they were only going to charge $147.00. As I persuide to call the 1-877 number i was told that there were no SUPERVISERS OR MANAGMENT ON DUTY AT THAT TIME, and that i needed to call customer service at 9am mon morning. When i asked for the reps name she pertained to continuesly give me a false name. The guareented me a money back guarentee if i was not satisfied but when i called to get the refund they told me that it was not an option and had to speak to “customer service”. If there are any LEGIT companys or any body else who has been scammed by them lets all get together and fight back. If there are any reputable companies that deal with looking for these SO CALLED LEGIT COMPANIES, but they truely are scumbag bottom feeders if you are hiring HONEST PEOPLE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT super8jj2001@yahoo.com.To those that have been scammed lets bring our resources together and get these guys.
Jessica, I wish I could offer you some hope for getting your money back. While am not familiar with this particular company, “it looks too good to be true.” I encourage you to report the scammer to http://ic3.gov. This will allow law enforcement to aggregate your case with those of other victims.

The car is at the shipping company in Augusta, Georgia, sealed and ready for the shipping. I have a contract with eBay so this deal must go through them. It will arrive with all the papers and documents (clear title, bills of sale, car’s manual) to prove the ownership and to be able to register it with no problem. The clear title and the bill of sale will be both signed so you can become owner of the car on spot.
The final price you will have to pay is $2,480. The payment will be done through eBay. They will supervise our transaction.
